Minimum booking: 3 nights

The fees include: electricity, gas, water, heating 2 cleanings per week, a change of linens, pool, and basic stock for continental breakfast.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

If the apartment you require is available we will reserve your accommodation immediately and we will ask you 30 % of the total amount of your stay to keep your booking.
The rest of the payment will be done at your arrival by personal check or in cash.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• If the guest cancels his reservation between 60 and 30 days before the staying a cancellation fee of 30% of the entire amount will be applied.
• If the guest cancels his reservation between 30 and 7 days before the staying a cancellation fee of 50% of the entire amount will be applied.
• If the guest fails to arrive and does not communicate in advance via fax or E-mail, or phone the failure to arrive, a full charge (100%) will be applied.
